The needle flame tester is suitable for fire hazard tests on electrical and electronic products, household appliances and their solid electrical insulating materials or other solid combustible materials.

Special testing equipment designed and manufactured according to GB/T 5169.5 standard. The equipment complies with IEC 60695-11-5, GB/T 5169.5, GB 4706.1, IEC 60335-1 standard requirements.

Needle flame testing machine parameters:

1. Burner: stainless steel inner hole Φ0.5㎜±0.1㎜, outer diameter ≤0.9㎜, length ≥35㎜

2. Flame application time: 30S±0.1S (adjustable from 0 to 999.9S)

3. After flame time: 0～999.9S, automatic recording, free to pause

4. Flame height: 12mm±1mm adjustable

5. Burning angle: vertical or inclined 45° adjustable

6. Flame temperature calibration: the heating time from 100 degrees to 700 degrees is 23.5±1 seconds

7. Temperature measurement thermocouple: 0.5mm nickel-chromium armored (K type) thermocouple

8. Gas source: 95% pure butane gas or propane

9. Safety device: equipped with an overpressure protection device, the gas source will be automatically cut off when the pressure is too high, and the live line is stable.
