Precision image projectors are widely used in hardware, stamping, precision plastics, terminals, molds, screws, knives, etc. It can efficiently detect the contour size and surface size of workpieces with complex shapes.
The optical system of the projector instrument is of high quality, the objective lens is clear and the magnification is accurate. Under transmitted light illumination, the profile measurement error is less than 0.08%; the coordinate measurement error can reach (3+L/200) um, L is the measured length (unit: mm); the projector can optionally be equipped with a special micro-printer and foot It is very convenient for data output and sampling by stepping on the switch. The workpiece image of the precision image projector can be a full positive image or an inverted image. The Z-axis lift of the projector adopts the transmission method of the guide rail, which improves the stability and durability of the body, and the projector has a clear image and accurate magnification.
