I. Overview

     The test steel ball meets the requirements of IEC 60529 & GB 4208 standards. It is used to simulate the arm in the IP protection test. It is mainly used for the test of the first characteristic number 1 and the additional letter A of the IP protection level test. In the test requirements for preventing access to dangerous parts, the A-type test probe needs to have a thrust of 50±5N. 12.5 with 30±3N thrust

 
 
 
 2. How to use

      l As shown in the figure, the ball can not touch live parts or can not approach dangerous parts.

      l In the test requirements for preventing access to dangerous parts, the test steel ball without thrust should be used with a push-pull gauge, and the steel body should apply a thrust of 50±5N (30±3N) to the protective layer.

3. Matters needing attention:

     n The test steel ball is heavier to prevent it from slipping and hurting the human body and the sample.

     n The test steel ball is made of steel, and it is regularly maintained and rust-proof.
